Stop emailing new versions back and forth. Send a quote, offer or contract as an Entangled Deal: the other party proposes changes right on the document, you accept or counter each one, and the terms lock when everyone agrees.
How to Entangled Documents
Pick a template — freelance quote, agency retainer, B2B sales quote, property offer or job offer.
Fill in your terms, add the other parties by email and lock anything that is not negotiable.
Send it. Each party gets a private link — no account needed on their side.
They propose changes; you accept, reject or counter each one. Everyone is notified once per round.
When every party accepts, the terms lock and you can sign.
Frequently asked questions
What is an Entangled Deal?
A quote, offer or contract that both sides work on together in one place. Instead of emailing new versions, each party proposes changes to individual terms and the other side accepts, rejects or counters them.
Does the other person need an account?
No. They open a private link from their email and confirm a 6-digit code sent to that address. Only the sender needs a free PDFA2Z account.
Can I stop someone changing my price?
Yes. Lock any term when you build the deal and nobody else can propose changes to it.
Can more than two parties join?
Yes. Add as many parties as you need, and choose for each whether they can propose changes, must accept, must sign, or can only view and comment.
What happens when everyone agrees?
The terms lock, every party is emailed, and the deal moves to signing. Any later change resets the acceptances, so nobody is bound to terms they have not seen.
